At no point can Dive Pursuits access any of your personal information, and this information is not retained by us, and is not used for any other purpose - Information retained during a purchase Should you choose to place an order with Dive Pursuits, you will be asked to submit personal data to allow us to efficiently process your order. This information (excluding payment details) is stored by us to allow
us to track order issues, requests etc. Should you wish to have this information removed once the order is closed, please send a request to us via the contact details provided on your order. - Payment Details When completing an order, you will be asked to submit payment or credit card details. All payment processing is handled via our payment provider, PayPoint.net. At no point will Dive Pursuits see, or have access to your payment details.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please get in touch with us, or following the link provided within the comunications. If you have an account, you can manage your subscriptions there as well. All customer details held by DivePursuits will be managed by Cannock Scuba Centre Ltd in such a way to comply with relevant data protection legislation
