Are you thinking of returning an item to us?
1) My Items are incorrect, or do not meet my expactations.
Under European Law, you are entitled to return you items within 7 working days of recieving them. To ensure that you are fully happy with you purchase, Dive Pursuits will accept returns up to 14 calander days after you receive your order. If at any point during those 14 calander days you find that the product(s) you have ordered do not fit, are not what you required or simply do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us for a full refund of the price charged to you for the product. All items returned must be in their original packages and in the same saleable condition as recieved by yourself.
All original documentation and package must be included. Any clothing items must still bear their original manufactures tags. We cannot accept returns for any electronic (CD / DVD / Video etc.) products where the original seal has been broken.
2) My Items are faulty or were damaged when I recieved them
If you find that when you receive your item, it is not in the condition expected, then please let is know within 7 working days of recieving your order. If your product is shipped via courier, please inspect the parcel before signing for it. If the parcel appears damaged, make sure it is noted on the documentation before you sign it, or simply refuse the parcel. If on recieving your return and we (or the manufacturer) agree that the item is faulty, we will refund you the price you paid for the item, plus any postage costs in returning the item to us up to the original price you paid for postage.
