1) How long will my order take to despatch?
Each item will have a delivery estimate associated with it. This will give you a rough indication of the expected time it will take for us to despatch your order. Any times provided will be estimates based on stock levels of both ourselves and our manufactures and suppliers, and may change. You can check on the status of your order at anytime by visiting our order status page or by logging into your account
2) How long after despatch will my item be delivered?
We currently employ a number of delivery options to ensure you get your items delivered safely, securely and quickly. Most items will be despatched on a 2-3 working day service.
3) What delivery options are available?
To ensure you receive only the best service, we are very careful about whom we choose to deliver your purchase. Smaller accessories may be despatched using standard mail or recorded mail options.

Parceforce
We despatch as standard using a two days service. The item must be signed for on delivery. If no one is in, the parcel will be held at your local post office for collection and a card placed through your door. An upgrade is available for next day service.

Collect In Store
If you prefer not waiting for the postman, why not arrange to collect your order from a Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centre? Simply select the store you would like to collect from during the checkout process. You will recieve an email confirmation when your goods are ready to collect.
4) What should I do if the items I have ordered are incorrect or Are Fault?
